Citrus Tree Properties was started by us, Emma Wyatt and Philip Mayhew, after we bought our first property abroad (in southern Spain). Once settled in and enjoying the sunnier and more relaxed lifestyle, we decided then that we wanted to help other people realise their dream of living in the sun but at the same time minimising the more difficult aspects which can be associated with an international property purchase, some of which we had experienced.

Now, nearly 3 years later we are achieving our goal and helping others own their very own place in the sun. We have also expanded greatly with a network in over 10 different countries by working with other reputable companies. So why not give us the opportunity to realise your dream?
